Shipping takes 5 - 7 days for orders outside of Colorado and 1 - 3 days for orders in state.
Return Policy
Since these are custom products, returns are not available. Every order goes through a quality testing process to make sure printing quality is high and free of any issues or blemishes.
We package all 3D photo crystals in padded boxes to ensure nothing arrives damages. In the rare case that your package arrives damaged because of shipping handling (FedEx, USPS, or UPS), we can offer an exchange for the same product.

How do you engrave images on crystal?
The engraving process uses a laser to etch images and text on your crystal. When the laser is focused on to the glass, the focal point of energy is so high that the structure is changed at a small point. The laser beam is controlled by a computer, creating an image made of a thousand small points. This laser process is known as Vitrography.
What crystal shapes and sizes do you offer?
At Quick 3D Crystal, we offer crystal shapes such as: Landscape, Tower, Heart, Diamond, Memorial, Serrated, etc.. MOST of the shapes come in the standard Small, Medium, and Large sizes. Tower and Landscape shapes offer additional sizes of XL, XXL, XXXL, and MAX. To see what sizes are available in your preferred shape, click on the product of your choosing and you will see the different sizes available. The different sizes are designed to fit certain amount of figures - figures being a human, animal, vehicle, etc. For instance, Small sized crystals are designed for 1 figure. Mediums can hold 2, and so on.

Can you turn my 2D image into a 3D image?
Yes, our highly skilled and trained designers are working with the latest software and laser technology for image conversion to turn 2D images into 3D images. We make it easy for you - just give us your photo and we do the rest. Please be sure to specify any instructions you have to the designers in the "Special Instructions" section upon placing an order. If the customer does not write in the Special Instructions Section, the designers have free will to move around the image, text, and orientation of the crystal to allow for best possible outcome of crystal. If you are not sure if the image you want to submit is feasible, please contact us and we will advise on the image.

When will my order be delivered?
Your delivery time depends on which shipping method you select. When calculating delivery time, remember all orders have a 1-2 business day processing time in addition to the shipping time.
- Ground: 1-2 business day processing time + 1-5 business day shipping time = 2-7 business day delivery time.
- 2 Day Air: 1-2 business day processing time + 2 business day shipping time = 3-4 business day delivery time.
- Next Day Air: 1-2 business day processing time + 1 business day shipping time = 2-3 business day delivery time.
